梁時民、男、汉族，1959年生、博士學歷。一級美術師，國務院特殊津貼專家，中國美術家協會理事，四川省美術家協會主席。中国徐悲鸿画院副院长。
Liang Shimin, male, Han ethnicity, born in 1959 with a doctoral degree. First level artist, expert with special allowances from the State Council, director of the China Artists Association, and chairman of the Sichuan Artists Association. Vice President of Xu Beihong Painting Academy in China.
